Brooklyn,NYwithapassiontodrawattentiontoOvarianCancer,whichistheleadingcause
ofdeathamonggynecologicalcancers.AfterthelateLouisaM.McGregor'sOvarianCancer
diagnosisin2007,LouisaandhersisterPamelaEsposito-Amerystarted®T.E.A.L.They
begantorealizethatasaresultoftheabsenceofOvarianCancerresearchfunding,women
acrossthecountrylackedtheawareness,treatmentoptions,andabilitytodiagnose:all
factorsincrediblyvitaltothesewomeninordertoovercomethedisease.AlthoughLouisa
lostherfour-yearbattlewiththisdiseasein2011,herpassionanddrivecontinuetoinspire
®T.E.A.L.'sgrowthasanorganizationthatstrivesto®TellEveryAmazingLadyabout
OvarianCancer.
®T.E.A.L.’sprogramsfunctionontheprinciplethatawarenessandeducationofthesigns
andsymptomsaswellasone’sriskfactorsbasedonpersonalandfamilyhistorycansave
women’slives.Asanationalmovement,®T.E.A.L.reachesmillionsofpeople.In2015alone,
weestimate®T.E.A.L.’sreachthroughtotalpresscoveragetobeover15.3millionplus
millionsworldwide.®T.E.A.L.’sreachthroughcommunityoutreachprogramsisestimated
