Bob has a history of 7 years managing large industrial Commercial
Properties for AICI Investment, Los Angeles and Executive GM
managing President for 3 local Orange County Aerospace Companies
since 1999. A proven track record in real estate investments,
property management and expert contract negotiator with large
aerospace companies Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed and other aerospace
firms worldwide. Bob's management of
Industrial/Commercial properties for AICI, Los Angeles includes
management of leasehold properties for large companies such as
Express Scripts, Precision Castparts, Corp, Air Tuf Products & Air
Industries Corporation. Bob served as President of the LA
based Commercial Real Estate Investment Portfolio of AICI
Investments from 2013 to 2015 and served 3 years prior as a
managing director. AICI commercial properties Investment Company
consisted of 11 large commercial properties leased long term to our
clients located in Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix and Tempe
Arizona. Bob had full P&L responsibility and was successful in the
rapid growth of the business with extensive M&A activity. Responsible
for P&L management of properties from 22,000 S.F. to over 180,000
S.F. and full responsibility for all new building construction, building
acquisitions, contracting of tenant improvements, approval of major
lease contracts and negotiations for the AICI Company.
Diane has experience in sales management and leads an expansive
group of volunteers that supports our troops at Camp Pendleton and
deployed around the globe. Also in our arsenal, we have the award-
winning marketing and advertising department of Tarbell Realtors at
