Payment must be provided with the application, however please note that this will not be processed until your qualification has
been found.
To pay by cheque, please attach to the application form and post to ASA Awarding Body, Replacement Certificates, SportPark, 3
Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, LE11 3QF. This should be made payable to ASA Awarding Body.

If you decide to use the fast track service, you must pay by credit/debit card for which we will charge you 50p handling charge.
The fast track service will not be available over the Christmas and New Year period or include bank holidays. Please note that if
you apply for the fast track service and you require more than one certificate, the £50 fast track fee only covers the first
certificate and then additional certificates will be charged at the normal rate.
