High Country Bank Official Rules and Consumer Disclosure
1) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to be eligible to win the Contest.
2) Odds: Odds of being selected as a contest winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3) Prizes: (1) $10 to $20 Gift Card to a local business. Prizewinner will be chosen from qualified entries only. Winner may
make no substitution/transfer of prize.
4) To enter: The Contest period runs from 8:01 am MST the day the High Country Bank Facebook editor posts the trivia
question and ends the next day at 8:01 PM MST ("Contest period"). To enter the contest without purchase or obligation,
correctly answer the trivia question posted on www.facebook.com/highcountrybank, and be the first eligible to post a correct answer.
5) Eligibility: Contest is open to legal U.S. residents, domiciled in the State of Colorado, 18 years of age and older as of the
start of the contest date. Employees of High Country Bank, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and members of the household of such individuals are not eligible. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and taxes. By
participating, entrant agrees to abide and be bound by the Official Rules and to accept the decision of High Country Bank, as
final in all respects.
6) Prize restrictions: Prize is non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance
and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per person.
7) Winner Selection: At 12pm MST the day following the close of the contest, the prizewinner will be selected from eligible
entries. Winner selection will be conducted by the High Country Bank Salida Home office. Winners need not be present to
win.
8) Winner Notification /Prize Awards: Winners will be notified by instant message within 1 day of winning the prize. Winners must respond within 48 hours of receiving the message. If no response within the specified time frame, the next eligible
person will be notified. Winner must pick up the prize at their local High Country Bank branch.
9) Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: a.) The Official Rules and the decision of the employees and High
Country Bank which shall be final in all respects b.) release, discharge and hold harmless, High Country Bank, their respective
parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their
participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional
compensation or consideration.
10) Limitations of Liability: High Country Bank, is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any Contest related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries; or for entries that are received
late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. High Country Bank reserves the right to cancel or
modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Contest as determined by High Country
Bank, in its sole discretion.
11) Winner List: For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "High Country Bank Facebook

Celebration year ("Contest period") December 2016 through October 2017. To enter the contest without purchase or obligation, complete a drawing slip with legible Name and Phone number and deposit it in any lobby of High Country Bank.

of prize.
4) To enter: The Contest period runs from 8:01 am MST the day the High Country Bank Facebook editor posts the initial
Competition and ends once the prize is located, hopefully within a four month period at 8:01 PM MST ("Contest period"). To
enter the contest without purchase or obligation, read the posts on www.facebook.com/highcountrybank, and be the first
eligible person to follow the clues to locate the hidden certificate. Salida, Buena Vista and Canon City, CO will each have a
certificate to locate. The entire contest ends October 31, 2017.
