WARRANTY TERMS: CYLINDER HEADS
In order to improve the procedures of warranty
relating to the cylinder head produced by RIC
reported following these instructions:
1. RIC warranty provided in the sale of the cylinder
heads is 3 months of use after the consummation of
the sale to the final consumer. (The same provided
by the rectifiers).
2. We do not provide warranty for engines converted
to GNV (Natural Gas Vehicles). The RIC production
cylinder heads are produced for use in engines with
gasoline and alcohol fuels.
3. In order to control the traceability, RIC identifies all
cylinder heads to puncture the right end as shown
below:

Following the connotation numbering used to
identify:

Sequential production number in month
Production month (1 - January)
Production year (2012)
4. This number will be inserted into the outside of the
package to facilitate the control at the sale time, as
highlighted in the following figure:

5. Customers at the cylinder head sale time to the
final consumer must record the id identification
number RIC and the sales date.
6. We emphasize whenever issues involving
warranty issues are the responsibility of the
product manufacturer and is ever always necessary
early assessment by Technical Report for decision
making together with the final customer.
