1. Main Instructions
Manuscripts of full text papers should not exceed
08 pages. In order to make it easier in editorial
works, Microsoft Word for Windows is suggested
to be used. Manuscripts should be submitted in
electronic version (in both .pdf and .doc type) by
email or by letter. Each submitted paper should be
presented in the conference and runs through a
standard peer review process.
1.1. Page format
Page size is A4, Top margin 3cm, Bottom margin
4.7cm, Ínside margin 3cm and Outside margins
3cm (Figure 1). In short, the text size is 15 x
22cm.

The Headers and Footers are set as shown in
Figure 2.
1.2. Type and size
The title, time and place of the conference are
given in the left corner of the first page (as
showed in this page): Times New Roman, 10 pt,
bold, right.
Paper title format is Times New Roman 14pt,
bold, centered, space before: 24pt.
Author names are given right after the paper title
with format: Times New Roman 10pt, bold,
centered, space before: 6pt.

format is used (column width 7.1cm, spacing

When using the word processor WORD for
WINDOWS, the equation editor should be set to:

Figures and tables should be arranged in the text,
centered between paragraphs. Figure title should
be followed right after the picture and centered in
the structure “Figure 1. Page setup”. Table title
should be headed right before the table have the
structure “Table 1. Wave velocity”.

1.3. Main text
Main text format is Times New Roman 10pt,
regular. No bold or italic letters should be used
within the text. Paragraph format is Single line
space, 6pt spacing before each paragraph, and no
indentation for the first line of a paragraph. All
symbols used must be properly defined in the text
or through appropriate equations.
2. Equations and Figures
Equations not embedded in the text must keep an
indentation of 1cm and should be specified by
continuous number. Reference to an equation
should be made in analogy to “see equation (1)”.
All variables and indices should be written in
italic. Units, functions, vectors and tensors should
be written in bold.

Main contain of the paper is ended with
conclusion and acknowledgement. Section
Headings “Conclusion”, “Acknowledgement”,
“References” and “Author Information” are
formatted without numbering
References
References must follow author-year style. In the
text the reference should consist of the name of
one author and the year of publication, e.g. “in
Williams (2001)” and “(Williams, 2001) or “in
Williams and Smiths (2001)” and “(Williams and
Smiths, 2001) or “in Williams et al. (2001)” and
“(Williams et al., 2001)
At the end of the text the list of references, headed
“References” is arranged alphabetically. The
following structure should be kept

in a separate line (10pt, italic).
