BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

THEY ARE REQUIRED TO
APPROVE/DISAPPROVE VOTING
MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES TO
VOLUNTEERS IN THE LEAGUE. art x sec 1.

THEY MAY NOT MOVE ANY MOTION
ADVERSE TO THE LITTLE LEAGUE
