Elegant Car Rental & Shuttle Services (Pty) Ltd. is the product of a strategic decision by Iscor /
Kumba to outsource certain non-core operations. The employees of the Transport Services
Department decided to use their collective knowledge and skills in their field to their best
advantage and concluded an agreement to start and run a Transport Services business.
While still providing a number of essential services to Exxaro and Kumba Iron Ore Company and
its employees, Elegant has set its sights on providing a number of exciting products and services to
other Corporate Corporations and individuals in all Nine Provinces and Neighboring
countries.
The following products and services are offered at competitive tariffs:
24 Hour Chauffeur Services – Ensure your guests get home safely driven by a VIP trained
chauffeur, fixed prices on Airport transfers.
We have the following transport available for Sport functions, tours, and school events.
 13 Seater Toyota Quantum
Courier Service – We will fetch & deliver your VIP documentation confidentially;
If you need larger vehicles we can get quotations for you.

Our facility consists of offices and a car wash to provide you with excellent service.
All chauffeurs are equipped with the most modern communication equipment and are constantly in
touch with our operations centre maximizing efficiency and safety.
Our services are aimed at assisting our clients to increase the available productive hour in a day, by
allowing driving time to be used productively.

Please note:













Service include professionally trained chauffeur with a cellular phone;
50 Million passenger liability insurance;
Rates are calculated and charged from depot to depot;
Insurance does not cover personal property;
Chauffeur drive is VAT exempt;
Rates excluded any accessories i.e. trailers;
Rates valid from 1 January 2016 until further notice, rates will be charged as per the ruling
petrol price.
Cancellation fee equal to the transfer cost will be charged if the chauffeur has been
dispatched. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation handling fee if the chauffeur has
not been dispatched.
Rates valid between 05:00 and 21:00. Before & after hours surcharge of R50.00 will apply
per transfer.
Hourly charge for chauffeur only R120.00.
Rates are per vehicle and include the vehicle and chauffeur, fuel, mileage as stipulated and
insurance.
Please contact us for a quotation for an overland chauffeur drive.
Toll and Etoll fees will be additionally charged if and when applicable.
