Promotion - Life

District 65
Fourth Quarter
Super Bowl Fiesta
Your Mission

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to encourage all
District 65 agents to perform at their optimum level and achieve
at least a Level I Life Performance Bonus. For some, this will be
a first time accomplishment.

As leaders of our district, you will have the ability to work
closely with your fellow agents and provide the direction,
motivation, and encouragement that they need to be a success.
Contest Rules
Contest Rules

You are the leaders of District 65 and have a proven record of
life sales. During the next 15 minutes, you will have the ability
to select 4 to 5 team players and name your team.

A drawing will determine the schedule of which teams play each
other in October, November and December.

The team with the most wins will win the competition!
– NOTE: The team with the overall greatest 4th quarter production
count will not necessarily be the winner.
Contest Rules...

To make the contest as fair as possible, each team captains
sales count will only be counted after exceeding their average
monthly life sales count.
– This sales count will not be backed out when determining nonqualifying individual substitutions.
Contest Rules...

In order for you to be awarded the trip to Lake Tahoe, you must
write at least 5 life policies which total 275 sales count (level 1
bonus). Your LLR will not be considered.
– All production will be verified and finalized using the D1 life sales
tracking screen. (No exceptions)
Contest Rules...

In the event of a tie, the team with the most 4th quarter
life/annuity sales count will be deemed the winner!
(After backing out the average monthly sales count of the
team captains.)
Contest Rules...

In the event that there are non-qualifying team members on the
winning team, the individual who had the highest sales count on
the non-winning team will be the substitute and will be awarded
the Lake Tahoe trip.

There will be no 2nd substitute.
Tahoe Trip

The trip to Lake Tahoe will be scheduled for March 13th - 16th,
1999. There can be no changes, substitutions or cash in lieu.

Details of the trip will follow.
