The Spring Hill Daffodil Days is a free family-oriented
community event that focuses on bringing our residents
together for a fun filled day of activities, games, crafts and so
much more. This year, we will have a magician from Branson
performing, as well as many other new and exciting activities.
This event is a great opportunity to help promote interest in
Spring Hill and our local businesses. We look forward to
seeing you there! With the addition of Mike Bliss, our
magician, we are sure to see a lot more families in attendance
this year than normal!
General Information &
Policy Statement
Set-Up: Set-up begins April 30, 2016 at 8 am. You must be
set up by 11 am, no exceptions.
Description: Booth space is 10’x10’. You will need to provide
your own table and chairs. Displays requiring special needs
(wall area, etc.) must notify the Spring Hill Recreation
Commission with your request. NO BUILDING
MODIFICATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
Dismantling: Tear down will not be allowed before 3 pm and
must be completed by 4 pm.
Electricity: Limited numbers of outlets are available inside.
You must provide at least a 25’ extension cord and a surge
protector.
Noise Level: Please be considerate of your neighboring booths
when using videos, music, etc.
Security & Insurance: The Exhibitor understands that the
City, SHRC, nor USD 230 maintains insurance covering the
Exhibitor’s property. It is the sole responsibility of the
Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
Terms & Conditions: All booth contents must remain within
the confines of your 10’x10’ booth space. All booths must be
open and staffed during the event hours.
This is a family oriented event and we encourage
participants to
provide kid and family friendly activities.
