This year, we will have a magician from Branson performing, as well as many other new and exciting activities. General Information & Policy Statement Set-Up: Set-up begins April 30, 2016 at 8 am. You must be set up by 11 am, no exceptions. Description: Booth space is 10’x10’. You will need to provide your own table and chairs. Displays requiring special needs (wall area, etc.) must notify the Spring Hill Recreation Commission with your request. NO BUILDING MODIFICATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED. Dismantling: Tear down will not be allowed before 3 pm and must be completed by 4 pm. Electricity: Limited numbers of outlets are available inside. You must provide at least a 25’ extension cord and a surge protector. Noise Level: Please be considerate of your neighboring booths when using videos, music, etc. Security & Insurance: The Exhibitor understands that the City, SHRC, nor USD 230 maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Terms & Conditions: All booth contents must remain within the confines of your 10’x10’ booth space. All booths must be open and staffed during the event hours. This is a family oriented event and we encourage participants to provide kid and family friendly activities.
