CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR VINTAGE SECTION
1.
All exhibitors must book in with Vintage Machinery Steward before setting down.
2.
All exhibitors must possess and show to booking-in steward a current and valid
Certificate of Public Liability Insurance for the sum of not less than £1,000,000. No
exhibit will be allowed entry without a certificate. PLEASE NOTE that if the tractor/vehicle
is to be driven on the show field it must comply with current road traffic regulations.
3.
Exhibitors must indemnify and hold free from all liability, the organizers of this
event in the case of any claim for accidental damage, loss or personal injury
during the show, or journeying to or from the event
4.
No person under the age of 16 years to drive a tractor/vehicle.
5.
No dismounting from tractor/vehicle whilst in motion.
6.
Only one person, the driver, on any tractor.
7.
The Safety Officer's instructions must be adhered to at all times
8.
After setting down, all unnecessary vehicles must be removed from the exhibition area to
the exhibitors parking area.
9.
No machinery/tractor/vehicle to be left running unattended.
10. No exhibit to be removed before 4.30pm
