The MX records have to point to the CleanPort-tower appointed to you. MX settings: mail1.cleanport.nl - priority 10 mail2.cleanport.nl - priority 20 * Make sure that there is not still a defined priority below 10 for the settings of the MX-records since otherwise your organisation’s E-mail will not be scanned and filtered by CleanPort.
