October: The Pennsylvania Lottery generated more than $1 billion last year for programs that benefit older Pennsylvanians. NEW AND IMPROVED RETAILER PORTAL DEBUTS With input from our corporate partners, the Pennsylvania Lottery's Internet-based retailer portal has been redesigned to better provide you with enhanced information about sales, inventory, accounting and other details. Highlights of the new retailer portal include: • Easier exporting of reports in multiple formats; • A new Lottery news section; • Customization of the home page with automatically-generated reports; • Expanded reporting options with additional data fields; and • Enhanced security roles for headquarters and field personnel. November: Supporting more than 22,800 hot meals, every day. December: Providing more than $768,000 in property tax and rent rebates, every day. The Pennsylvania Lottery hopes the redesigned portal will help you manage your Lottery business with greater insight and accuracy. Before loading packs of instant games please make sure the packs have been activated. 1. Insert the red key into the bottom barrel-lock and open the PCT door. 2. Insert the blue key into the top barrel-lock and rotate down and back up to the 11 o'clock position. 3. Select (Bursters) on the main report menu screen. 11. The screen will then display the game icon and pack information. 12. Insert the lowest ticket number into any burster. Please load the instant tickets under the silver bar. 13. When the screen asks “Would you like to load another pack?”, select (No) if completed. 14. You may now close and lock the door with the red key. 15. To resume selling, select (Back) on the instant ticket menu. 16. Select (Main Menu) on the reports menu. 4. Select the yellow (Load Pack) button. 5. The main report menu will go blank, and the small screen will turn on inside the terminal. 6. Select the yellow (Load Pack) button. 7. When the screen asks, “Are you loading taped packs?”, select (No). 8. The screen will prompt you to enter or scan the game number. 9. Scan the barcode on the pack card with the barcode scanner. 10. When the screen asks “Are you loading a full pack?”, select (Yes). There will be 6,000 prizes awarded in all, totaling more than $5 million. Retailers earn a commission of $1 for each Millionaire Raffle ticket sold, and the retailers that sell the four top-prize-winning tickets will each receive a $5,000 bonus.
