2.1 Each competitor must register with the QPDS steward at competition site before actual competition;
2.2 Highland attire is required while competing, risk of disqualification for those not adhering to standards ie:

2.2.2 Dress shirt
2.2.3 Kilt, sporran
2.2.4 Hose and shoes
