FLIGHT ATTENDANT – SCHEDULE
COMPLETION PERIOD (SCP)
Effective December 2015 for the January 2016 bid period, all flight attendants whose projected
Scheduled Credit Time at the end of the PBS award process is less than the monthly guarantee shall be
required to participate in the Schedule Completion Period. Those flight attendants awarded a CDO
schedule shall not participate. Crew planning will electronically post the list of flight attendants required
to participate in the SCP along with the monthly schedule awards.
Below is a copy of the new timeline for the monthly bidding process:
1. The bid package will be available and bidding will begin on the 10th of every month no
later than 1200 central time.
2. Flight attendants will have from the 10th @ 1200 central time to the 15th @1200 central time
to bid.
3. On the 15th at 1201 central time, Crew Planning will begin processing the schedule awards.
At this time, trip trading for the current month will be suspended for the last 6 days.

20th no later than 1200 central time.
Any flight attendant awarded a line built with less than monthly guarantee (with the
exception of CDO lines) will be required to participate in the SCP period.
SCP period opens on the 20th starting at 1201 central time and will close on the 22nd at
1200 central time. This bidding will take place in FLICA – FA SCP – current bid month.
Crew planning will have 24 hours to process the SCP bids. SCP awards shall be posted no
later than the 23rd at 1200 central time.
8. Open time live processing will begin at 1400 central time on the 23rd of every month.
