Our training and meeting spaces are centrally located in Kent County on our 120-acre
Terry Campus. A 45-minute drive for nearly everyone in the state with direct access to
Route 1. Our grounds and buildings are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The
Campus offers a picturesque backdrop, in any season.
We have rooms to accommodate events from 12 to 1,200 people. Our facilities can be
tailored to meet your needs: training for just a handful of employees or entire divisions,
classrooms, break-rooms or exhibit halls . . . it all can happen here! We have generous

Our facilities at Terry Campus also include state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment,
Wi-Fi access, surround-sound and TV with cable. Live Webcasting, as well as video
conferencing/recording, are also available. When it’s time for a continental breakfast,
buffet lunch, or working dinner for your guests, on-site catering options are available for
customized service and professional assistance for all of your dining requests.

Conference Center I (ETB 727) is our premiere space for large gatherings.
This room has served as a banquet hall for the Gourmet Gala fundraising
event and exhibit hall for Kent County’s Economic Summit. If using this
space for corporate training, our ETB 727 A-D meeting rooms make
perfect break-out session spaces. You may also rent just one of the
meeting rooms.

Located in the Corporate Conference & Training Center, Conference Center
II (CTC 400 A/B) is perfect for training groups up to 168 with tables. It is onethird the size of Conference Center I and offers the perfect space for smaller
gathering. If you need only half the capacity, we can do that, too! This space
breaks down into Conference Room A and Conference Room B, each offering
85-seat capacity with tables and 150 without. Also in the Corporate Conference
& Training Center are meeting rooms CTC 405 and 407 A, which offer the
perfect spaces for breakout sessions.
