We certainly run into situations that aren't our fault but even then we become culpable when we deal with it sinfully. Here is the point: This is an exile, paradise was not promised in this life, You may have licit pleasures if they are not your life's pursuit. Suffering will come, but, so will peace, even amidst suffering. Perseverance is the key and you only receive that by asking.
