“Propaganda”
The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized
habits and opinions of the masses is an important element
in democratic societies.
Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society
constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling
power of our country.

Duties key message
A key message is the number one thing you want your audience to
remember or do as a result of your political speech.
A key message is a strong statement about a political party's belief
about itself. It can also be a strong statement about a particular
issue about which the political party takes a stand.
A message strategy consists of a positioning statement and three
to four support points.
Duties key message
What to consider when writing your key messages:
•Is it believable?
Make sure your core message is supported by evidence.
•Is it easy to understand?
Make your language concise, professional, and to the point.
•Is it positive?
Be positive and use active language.
•Is it purposeful?
Make sure your message represents your agenda appropriately.
Duties key message
Keep it simple Remember your key messages should be
short and specific. Make sure you work out the most
important core messages that you wish to portray and
write simply but with enough interest to provoke your
reader.
Targeted messaging Consider your target audiences.
What do they need and want to hear from you? Do you
have multiple target audiences? If so, ensure you tailor
your target messages to each individual group.
Duties key message
Controlled communication Quite often, what we say is
not always interpreted or heard by the receiver in the
same way. Influencing the perceptions of other people is
not an easy task.
Review and refresh Always be aware that your key
messages are not static. Everything changes over time so
reviewing your key messages regularly is vital in making
sure they are still relevant and reflect your core business
messages.
Duties responses
Write a response: You may have forums available to
you for a response, such as a letter to the editor or a
website comments section. Don’t repeat the original
rumors in your response, since doing so gives those
errors more airtime. Just articulate your view.
Duties responses
Talk to the reporter: When you speak, remain
polite regardless of the response. You will get a
better reaction to a discussion about objective
factual errors than subjective differences of opinions,
but you’re welcome to make your case if you believe
their view lacks perspective. If they’ve gotten a key
fact wrong, you’re entitled to request a correction.
Duties responses
Use online and social media: Cutting off access to a
news outlet doesn’t mean you stop communicating. Use
online and social media to continue communicating with
your key audiences through all available channels,
including your website and blog, and your corporate
social media accounts.
The faster you respond calmly and politely, the better
you’ll look in the eyes of media and the social media
community. There’s no mercy in social media.
Confidentiality
It is important to preserve the secrecy when it comes to
team work. The success of any group is based on efforts
made by each individual to protect all information,
mostly in a political party. Restriction is a must.

The End
Propaganda will never die out, Intelligent men must
realize that propaganda is the modern instrument by
which they can fight for productive ends and help to
bring order out of chaos.
