1) Tournament Rules with three extra copies inside the plastic sleeve
2) Tournament Brackets (2), filled in as the tournament progresses or reprinted each
morning.
3) TSD/Manager Info 1 page form (8 copies) Same for every District 33 Tournament
4) Game forms- one set in plastic sleeves (4) (labeled) for the first 4 games of the
tournament. Contents of one set per game, first four games:
a) Tournament Announcements/TSD info (pre-game). One per game.
b) Tournament first time check-in form for each team (2)
c) Team Info Forms, hopefully filled out in advance, in the packet just in case
d) Pitch Count/Catcher Log- one for each team, each game (2)
e) Pitching Record- one for each team, each game (2)
