Vintage Rose Wedding Estate is a private, full service wedding venue located in historic downtown Pilot
Mountain. Our Vintage Grand Ballroom, Grand Parlour and Victorian Inn offer many options, allowing us
to create a package as unique as you are and in line with your wishes and personal style. Our properties
are bathed in a delightful mix of annuals and perennials and feature over 150 heirloom roses. Thank you

Please note, NO LIQUOR is permitted at weddings, receptions, rehearsals, etc.
You will be required to obtain a Limited Special Occasion ABC permit and Host Liquor Liability
Insurance naming Vintage Rose Wedding Estate as an additional insured. A copy of the
ABC permit and Host Liquor Liability insurance coverage should be submitted to Vintage Rose
Wedding Estate no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the ceremony.

 Listed prices do not include applicable sales and/or occupancy taxes
Deposit:
The $250 refundable damage deposit shall be payable at the time the reservation is made. One third of
the total wedding fee shall also be required as a non-refundable down payment at the time the reservation
is booked. The final payment and guest count is due 14 business days prior to your event.
Insurance:
Special Event Liability Insurance is required for all wedding packages and is due no later than fourteen
(14) business days prior to your event. The insurance must, at the renter’s sole expense, provide and
maintain public liability and personal property damage insurance, insuring Vintage Rose Wedding Estate,
its owners, employees, and/or agents, against all bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and
other loss arising out of renter’s use and occupancy of the premises, or any other occupant on the
premises, including appurtenances to the premises and sidewalks. The insurance required hereunder shall
have a single limit liability of not less than $1 Million, and general aggregate liability of not less than $2
Million. Vintage Rose Wedding Estate shall be named as an additional insured of said policy. If alcohol is
to be served, please make sure the policy includes Host Liquor Liability coverage to protect you against
alcohol-related accidents, as you are ultimately liable for the safety of your guests. Some catering
services use their license and insurance to cover this – please check with your catering service.
