Lanes will be ran prior to the 9am squads only
Cash only entries accepted.
1. 440 max team average per team.
2. Handicap 90% of 220.
3. All bowlers will use their highest book average as of 2015 - 2016; if no book average then the
bowlers will bowl scratch.
4. The maximum score is 300, including Handicap.
5. Youth bowlers are not eligible to bowl in this tournament.
6. Bowl as many times as you would like but you may only cash once with the same person.
Teams can be any combination as long as their combined average does not exceed 440.
7. Payout is 1 in 8.
8. Payout will be done the following Tuesday, September 27, 2016. We understand that we may
have out of town bowlers. Please bring your current Driver’s License and Social Security
number and we will mail your prize money to you.
9. The IRS requires USBC to furnish 1099 forms to individuals who accumulate winnings of $600
or more annually in any USBC event in which they participate. Therefore, Social Security
numbers are required by IRS regulations.
10. Choctaw Associates and their families are allowed to participate.
