S. C. State law requires that students must show proof of receiving one
dose of TDAP vaccine at the start of their 7th grade.
S. C. DHEC will work with our school district to provide the TDAP
vaccine to all current 6th graders this spring. Consent forms to receive
the vaccine at school during an upcoming clinic will be sent home on
2/18/16. The completed consent forms must be returned to school
within 5 days. No later than 2/25/16.
