This course is an overview of a variety of IL License Law and various Federal laws that are used by Illinois real estate licensees on a daily
basis and is designed to help you review real estate fundamentals. This course was prepared to help you successfully pass the proficiency
exam. Course materials also contain references to the section of the Act and Rules that the attendees can further review.

† Supplemental Exam Prep Textbook: $25 (optional) This study guide is to help students prepare
for the proficiency exam. It includes 250 questions covering topics likely to appear on the exam. It is
recommended that this book is purchased in advance of the prep course for personal review.
Continuing Education Policy
Other Important Information
1.All reservations for CE classes must be received in advance of the class and must be accompanied
with the specified amount of money.
2. RASI cannot accept any phone reservations for continuing education classes.
3. Attendees who are late will not be admitted.
4. Attendees must present their license number to receive credit.
5. Cancellation Policy:
a. All cancellations must be received in writing 2 days prior to the scheduled class. Those
received will pay a $20.00 processing fee and the balance will be returned to the attendee.
b. All cancellations received in writing less than 2 days before the class will forfeit the
registration fee. RASI cannot admit any individual attempting to take the place of another.
7. Transfer Policy: All transfers must be received in writing 5 business days prior to the scheduled
class in order to transfer the registration to a different class. If the transfer is done later than 5
days, it will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will be followed.
6. There are no re-takes allowed for the proficiency exam.

not take the proficiency exam and would rather take the 30
or 45 hour transition course instead, the student will be
refunded $38 for the exam, or RASI can apply the amount
to the cost of the 30 or 45 hour transition course.
y Attendees must provide TWO forms of identification at
registration; one must have a current photograph. Both
forms must be current and include the attendee’s current
name and signature.
y Attendees must also provide their real estate license.
