Repeated six times, the trial showed that the enzymated process could run for more than twice as long between cleaning cycles, recording a 40-45% reduction in organic material in the cleaning water. Full scale production trials showed that fresh and recombined UHT milk treated with FoodPro® Cleanline was generally able to run 45 to 50% longer than control without enzyme.
