Eligibility - The Wonderful Pistachios “Destroy Ernie’s Evidence” Promotion (the "Promotion") is
openonlytolegalresidentsof50U.S.statesandD.C.,whoare18yearsorolder(or19forresidents
ofALandNE)atthetimeofentry.Voidwhereprohibitedbylaw.Nopurchasenecessarytoenterthe
Promotion.EmployeesofWonderfulPistachios&AlmondsLLC,11444W.OlympicBlvd.,Suite310,
LosAngeles,CA90064 (the"Sponsor"),Brandmovers,Inc.,590MeansStreet,Suite250,Atlanta,GA
30318 ("Administrator”), or any of their respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production,
execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively with Sponsor and Administrator, the
"Promotion Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and
step-siblings,andchildrenandstep-children)andhouseholdmembersofeachsuchemployeearenot
eligibletoenterorwin.ThePromotionissubjecttoallapplicablefederal,state,municipal,andlocal
laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these
Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the
Promotion.Winningaprizeiscontingentuponfulfillingallrequirementssetforthherein.
1. WhentoEnter-ThePromotionbeginsonMarch13,2017at12:00:00AMEasternTime("ET")
andendsonJune30,2017at11:59:59PMET(the"PromotionPeriod").
The Promotion consists of two separate elements: (1) the bi-weekly Promotion portion (“BiWeeklyPrizePool”);and(2)thegrandprizePromotionportion(“GrandPrizePool”).
The Bi-Weekly Prize Pools will be broken out into eight (8) separate entry pools based on the
“DestroyErnie’sEvidence”chapterreleases(each,a“Chapter”),andwillrunpertheBi-Weekly
Prize Pool chart below. Each Bi-Weekly Prize Pool will run starting from 12:00:00 AM ET on
Tuesday(exceptfortheBi-WeeklyPrizePoolforChapter1whichwillrunstartingonMonday),
and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday two weeks thereafter throughout the Promotion
Period (each, a “Bi-Week”).Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to award less than
thestatednumberofBi-WeeklyPrizesintheeventtherearenotasufficientnumberofeligible
entries received in any Bi-Weekly Prize Pool. Winners for every Bi-Weekly Prize Pool will be
drawnonoraboutJuly1,2017.

"Authorizedaccountholder"isdefinedasthenaturalpersonwhoisassignedtotheRefreshing

3. Privacy Policies and Data Collections - Information provided by you for this Promotion is

Promotion,eachentrantagreesthattheSponsorand/orAdministratorhastherighttocontact
the entrant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided on the Entry Form to
administerandfulfillthisPromotion.
4. WinnersSelection–ThetotalnumberofWinnersperBi-WeeklyPrizePoolaresetforthinthe
Chart above, for a total of 18 Bi-Weekly Prize Pool Winners, who will be randomly selected on
theRandomDrawingdatessetforthintheChartabove,byAdministratorfromamongalleligible
Entries received in each Bi-Weekly Prize Pool. Then, on or about July 1, 2017, one (1) Grand
PrizePoolwinnerwillbeselectedviarandomdrawingtobeheldbyAdministrator,fromamong
alleligibleGrandPrizePoolEntriesreceived.
Limit one (1) Bi-Weekly Prize Pool winner per person/household during the entire
PromotionPeriod;anyBi-WeeklyPrizePoolwinnerisstilleligibletowintheGrandPrize.
Sponsor'sdecisionsastotheadministrationandoperationofthePromotionandtheselectionof
potential Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Administrator
will send a notification message ("Message") to each potential Winner’s email account on or
about the same day of the applicable Random Drawing date. Failure of a potential Winner to
respondtotheMessagewithintwo(2)daysofnotification,orreturnofmessagenotificationas
undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification and an alternate potential
winnermaybeselected.OddsofwinningdependonthenumberofeligibleEntriesreceived
ineachapplicableBi-WeeklyPrizePoolortheentireGrandPrizePool.
THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND
SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE
PROMOTION.
5. Verification of Potential Winners - In order to be confirmed as a winner, and without
limitation of any other terms herein, each potential winner may be required upon Sponsor’s
reasonablerequesttoprovidesatisfactoryproof,asdeterminedbySponsorinitssolediscretion,
thatsuchpotentialwinnerisaneligibleentrant,includingbutnotlimitedtoprovidingacopyofa
potential winner’s government-issued identification and/or additional information required by
SponsorinordertoverifyeligibilityandcompliancewiththeseOfficialRules.Eachwinnermay
berequiredtosignandreturntoAdministrator,withinfive(5)daysofthedatenoticeissent,an
affidavit of eligibility, and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited), and a W9 in
order to claim his/her prize, or such other documents as Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole
discretion(collectively,“PrizeClaimDocuments”).Ifapotentialwinnercannotbecontacted,fails
tosignandreturnthePrizeClaimDocuments(ifrequired)withintherequiredtimeperiod,such
potentialwinnermaybedisqualifiedandmayforfeithis/herprize.Intheeventthatapotential
winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner by
randomdrawingfromamongallremainingeligibleEntries,timepermitting.UponverifyingaBiWeekly Prize winner, Administrator or Sponsor may mail the Bi-Weekly Prize to the address
providedduringtheverificationprocess.Allow6-8weeksforreceiptofallmailedPrizes.Neither
SponsornorAdministratorareresponsibleforlost,late,delayed,mutilated,ordamagedmailing
ofanyPrize.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) Grand Prize – A 2017 Jeep WranglerUnlimited
RubiconHardRockorvehicleofequalvalue,includes freight and handling but excludes tax, title and
licensecharges(the"Vehicle").ARVoftheVehicleisasofdateofprintingoftheseOfficialRulesand
will be up to $40,000. The value of this vehicle is subject to change based on current rates and
incentives.Thedifferenceinvalueasstatedhereinandvalueattimeofprizenotification,ifany,will
notbeawardedincashorotherwise.IntheeventthataGrandPrizewinnerdoesnotwishtoobtain
theVehicleasstatedherein,he/shemaychooseacashalternativeinlieuoftheVehicleintheamount
of$35,000.AnyupgradesandoptionsnotspecifiedbySponsorareatthesoleexpenseoftheGrand
Prizewinner.Package,factoryoptions,andotherspecificsnotspecifiedhereinwillbedeterminedby
Sponsor,andaresubjecttoavailability.Sponsorreservestherighttosubstitutepackage,trimlevel,
options or model year for any reason in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must be a
licenseddriverandmustpresentacurrentvalidU.S.driver'slicenseandproofofinsurancepriorto

taking possession of the Vehicle, failure to show same may result in Grand Prize forfeiture and
selectionofanalternatepotentialwinner,timepermitting.GrandPrizewinnerisresponsibleforall
associated dealership fees including all title, license, insurance, registration, dealer preparation,
applicabletaxesorfees,destinationandhandlingcharges,andotherfeesassociatedwithautomobile,
including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle. All other costs
notspecificallystatedhereinasbeingawardedaretheresponsibilityofGrandPrizewinner.Grand
Prize winner must take delivery of the Vehicle from the designated Jeep authorized dealer within
thirty (30) days after the date the Vehicle is delivered to the specified designated dealer, or the
Vehicle may (in Sponsors' sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the Grand Prize winner.
Except as stated in the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Vehicle, neither Sponsor,
Administrator,noranyotherpersonassociatedwiththemanufacture,distribution,developmentand
execution of this Promotion and its prize(s), or any of their respective affiliates, parent companies,
subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations or
guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle,
including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize are subject to the
manufacturer’stermsandconditions,andthewinneragreestolooksolelytosuchmanufacturersfor
anysuchwarrantyorguaranteeclaim.
Eighteen(18)Bi-WeeklyWinners–PertheChartabove,theBi-WeeklyWinnersandPrizesare
asfollows,accordingtowhichBi-WeekChapteritisawarded:
Bi-WeekChapter1: One (1) winner will receive $10,000.00, awarded in the form of a check.
ARV:$10,000.
Bi-Week Chapter 2: One (1) winner will receive a package of four (4) Coachella VIP Passes,
whichinclude: entrancetothevenue,dayparkinglotsandthetwovenueVIPareasforallthree
days. VIP pass holders may visit the camping areas. VIP parking is not included. Winners must
provide their own travel to the concert. ARV: $899 each. In the event that a bi-weekly prize
winnerdoesnotwishtoobtaintheCoachellapassesasstatedherein,he/shemaychooseacash
alternativeinlieuofthepassesintheamountof$3,596.
Bi-Week Chapter 3: Two (2) winners, each winner will receive $5,000 in Stubhub Credits,
awarded in the form of online credits. ARV: $5,000 each. In the event that a bi-weekly prize
winner does not wish to obtain the Stubhub credit as stated herein, he/she may choose a cash
alternativeinlieuofthecreditintheamountof$5,000.
Bi-WeekChapter4:Two(2)winners,eachwinnerwillreceive$5,000.00toAirBnB,awardedin
theformofonlinecredits.ARV:$5,000.00each.Maybesubjecttoblackoutdatesandmaynotbe
valid for all locations. In the event that a bi-weekly prize winner does not wish to obtain the
AirBnBcreditsasstatedherein,he/shemaychooseacashalternativeinlieuofthecreditsinthe
amountof$5,000.
Bi-WeekChapter5:One(1)winnerwillreceivea$10,000.00,awardedintheformofacheck.
ARV:$10,000.
Bi-WeekChapter6:Ten(10)winners,eachwinnerwillreceiveaNintendoSwitchwithlaunch

BombermanR.Launchgametitlessubjecttochangebasedonavailability.ARV:$1,000each.All
guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturers policies. In the event that a Grand
Prize winner does not wish to obtain the gaming console and launch games as stated herein,
he/shemaychooseacashalternativeinlieuoftheprizeintheamountof$1,000.
Bi-Week Chapter 7: One (1) winner will receive an African Safari for two (2) people. Trip
includes:roundtripcoachairfareforwinnerandaguestfrommajorSponsor-approvedairport
nearestwinnershometoKenya,Africa;whichincludes:campingaccommodations,allmealsfor
5-daystay,andtoursofMasaiMara,LakeNakuru,andAmboseliNationalPark.Pickupanddrop
off directly at Nairobi International Airport included. ARV: $11,390.00. All other expenses

winner’s/guest’s sole responsibility. The winners will be responsible for applicable taxes and

August1,2018orwillbeforfeited.Tripisnon-transferableandnon-refundable.Intheeventthat

thetravelingpassenger.Anyoptionalservicefeesincludingseatselection,meals,anddrinksare
notincludedandaretheresponsibilityofthetravelingpassenger.Ifanywinnerorhis/herguest
missestheinitialflightasscheduledtoAfrica,thewinnerwillforfeittheprize.Ifthewinneror
his/her guest is not present for the designated return flight, he/she is solely responsible for

GiftCardsandelectroniccreditsaresubjecttotheterms,conditionsandrestrictionsasprinted
ontheGiftCardorfoundonthecarrierswebsite.ThetotalARVofallprizesis$104,986.Prizes
arenon-transferable.GrandPrizesandBi-WeeklyPrizesmaybereferredtohereinas“Prize”or
“Prizes.” All Prizes will be awarded provided they are validly claimed by September 30, 2017,
after which no alternate potential Winners will be selected, nor unclaimed Prizes awarded.
Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No interest will be
awarded on Prizes. Prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable, nonrefundable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole
discretion.SponsorreservestherighttosubstituteaPrizeforoneofequalorgreatervaluefor
any reason or for cash value. All taxes (including, without limitation, state and federal income
taxes)andthereportingconsequencesthereofassociatedwiththeuseandacceptanceofaPrize
is solely the responsibility of each Winner. Each Prize winner of Prizes valued over $599 will
receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual retail value of his/her Prize. Sponsor makes no
warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any
PrizefurnishedinconnectionwiththePromotion.
* PLEASE NOTE: Sponsor reserves the right to award less than the above stated Bi-Weekly
PrizesintheeventtherearenotenougheligibleentriesreceivedinanyBi-WeeklyPrizePool.
6. Participation Conditions/Release/Consent to use Likeness: By participating, each entrant
agreesto:(a)complywithandbeboundbytheseOfficialRulesandthedecisionsoftheSponsor
which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) release and hold
harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability,
including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property,
including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public
disclosureofprivatefacts,falselightinthepubliceyeorotherlegaltheory),defamation,slander,
libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual
property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a
participant's participation in this Promotion, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c)
indemnify,defendandholdharmlessthePromotionEntitiesfromandagainstanyandallclaims,
expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an
entrant'sparticipationinthePromotionand/orentrant'sacceptance,useormisuseofprize;and
(d) allow Sponsor’s use for promotional purposes of his/her likeness, voice and/or address
(city/state)withoutanyadditionalcompensationexceptwhereprohibitedbylaw.

ThisSweepstakesis innowaysponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated
withFacebook, Twitter, Coachella, Jeep, Stubhub, AirBnB, Nintendo or any company by
whichSponsorprocuresasprizing.
7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the
Promotion,oranypartofit,foranyreasonwhatsoever,including,withoutlimitation,fire,flood,
naturalorman-madeepidemicofhealthorothermeans,earthquake,explosion,labordisputeor
strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance,
terroristthreatoractivity,war(declaredorundeclared)oranyfederalstateorlocalgovernment
law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud,
technicalfailuresoranyotherfactorbeyondSponsor'sreasonablecontrolimpairstheintegrity
orproperfunctioningofthePromotion,asdeterminedbySponsorinitssolediscretion.Sponsor
reservestheright,initssolediscretion,todisqualifyanyindividualitfindstobetamperingwith
theparticipationprocessortheoperationofthePromotionortobeactinginviolationofthese
Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any
attemptbyanypersontodeliberatelyunderminethelegitimateoperationofthePromotionmay
beaviolationofcriminalandcivillaw,and,shouldsuchanattemptbemade,Sponsorreserves
therighttoseekdamagesfromanysuchpersontothefullestextentpermittedbylaw.Onlythe
type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or
unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of
any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise
unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in
accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
Sponsor'sfailuretoenforceanytermoftheseOfficialRulesshallnotconstituteawaiverofthat
provision.
8. LimitationsofLiability-ThePromotionEntitiesassetforthabovearenotresponsiblefor:(1)
anyincorrectorinaccurateinformation,whethercausedbyentrants,printingerrorsorbyanyof
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical
failuresofanykind,including,butnotlimitedtomalfunctions,interruptions,ordisconnections
in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any
partoftheentryprocessorthePromotion;(4)technicalorhumanerrorwhichmayoccurinthe
administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to
persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
entrant'sparticipationinthePromotionorreceiptoruseormisuseofanyPrize.Ifforanyreason
an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or
corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another Entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not
possibletoawardanotherEntryduetodiscontinuanceofthePromotion,oranypartofit,forany
reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible
entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein.
Entrant(orentrant’sparent/legalguardian’s,ifentrantisdeemedaminorinthestateofhis/her
residence)furtheragreesandacknowledgesthatSponsorreservestherighttoforfeitoraward
anyunclaimedorleftoverPrizeatitssolediscretion.
9. Disputes/Governing Law - Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of
action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the
administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising
