Bransys is IT Company that designs, develops, supports and sells computer software and services. Since 2008
up until today Bransys has grown in an international company with thousands of satisfied customers.
This company connects directly to its clients, placing their wishes and needs on the highest level on the
priority list. Therefore, Bransys delivers advanced and optimized IT solutions, from consulting and
performance to maintenance of the provided solution.
Our main field of expertise is in automotive and auxiliary automotive software systems and services. The
main business focus of our company is in our packed software solutions like
• Fleet managements systems and fraud detection systems for large and complex fleets
(e.g. mining companies, public transportation, Taxi companies, distribution companies and etc.);
• Claxi – mobile application that unites all the taxi drivers in some area;
• Centralized vehicle database for governments or companies involved in the periodical technical
inspection of the vehicles.
We are also looking forward to customize our solutions according to specific clients’ requests and/or new

03. The problem
Uber caused disruption
From the moment Uber was introduced to the markets, the passengers and the taxi
drivers and companies suffered from the increase of unlicensed drivers, unsafe rides,
high prices in rush hour and offers monopoly.
No optimal offer
With the current politics in the taxi industry and the e-hailing apps, passengers don’t
have the chance to choose an optimal offer for their request, but they only receive
one price and defined ETA, so if the offer doesn’t suits their need they have to call
other dispatching center or use other app.
The drivers also get predefined requests by the dispatching center no matter if the
request is appropriate to their current location and activity.

04. The Solution
Unique Bidding Solution
Claxi has unique bidding platform, where drivers bid on each request they prefer and
passengers can choose between different offers from all the drivers and companies.
This way the drivers can apply only on requests that suits their performances, and the
passengers can sort the offers and choose the offer that best fits their most important
criteria, like price, discount, ETA, rating, model of vehicle etc.
Flat Monthly Fee
Claxi supports the licensed taxi drivers because of the higher safety they provide to
passengers. The fix monthly fee for the taxi drivers on the other side, helps drivers to
plan their income and increase their profit by simple increase of working hours,
without losing a present of their income as a fee.
Direct Penetration & Partner Model
