Annual Membership Deposit
The payment of a nonrefundable deposit (“Membership Deposit”) is required for Pool Memberships.

Privileges
Pool memberships are entitled to unlimited use of the pool. Should they wish to play golf or tennis, it is done
at the unaccompanied guest rate and they are limited to a maximum of two rounds per calendar year. They
are subject to full price cart fees and range fees. Pool members may not bring guests to play golf or send
guests to play golf. This type of membership does not include any Spring Creek privileges or tennis
privileges.
Club Ownership
The Federal Club (the “Club”) is owned and operated by J3G Partners, LLC (the “Owner”).
Assumption of Liability
The Member understands and agrees that the Member is assuming no liabilities whatsoever in connection
with this membership other than the payment of the sum set out above, any applicable membership dues and
charges incurred by Member, Member’s family and Member’s guests in the use of the Club and that such
membership does not confer upon the Member any ownership, interest, or rights of any nature in the Club’s
property or assets, as further provided in the Membership Plan. The Member understands that any use of the
facilities of the Club Member, Member’s family or Member’s guests is done at their own risk, and the Club
and its Owner are not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of personal property, as further provided in the
Membership Plan.
Payment of Membership Account
The Payment of account is due on billing of the monthly statement. Member agrees to pay the account when
due. The Member agrees that the Club may assess a late charge for past-due accounts as provided in the
Membership Plan, as amended from time to time. Payments on delinquent accounts apply first to late
charges and accrued dues, then to food and beverage charges, then to any other charges. The Member
further agrees to maintain a current credit card account in Member’s name on file with the Club at all times.
In the event the Member’s account is more than thirty (30) days past due, the Club shall have the right to bill
such past-due amounts to the Member’s credit card. The member agrees to pay all reasonable attorneys’ fees,
investigative fees, and costs in the event this account is turned over for collection.
Membership Plan / Rules and Regulations
The Member hereby acknowledges that the Member has received, has read, and understands the Membership
Plan and the Rules and Regulations of the Club dated August 31, 2010 (the “Membership Plan”) applicable to
this membership, which is incorporated herein by reference. If accepted for membership, the Member
hereby agrees that Member’s membership, and Member’s use of the facilities of the Club, and Members’
privileges under the membership are subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth therein. If
accepted for membership, Member agrees to conform to and abide by said Membership Plan and Rules and
Regulations as each may be amended from time to time. Where applicable, references to the Club shall mean
the management of the Club as appointed by the Owner. Member hereby acknowledges and agrees that the
Member is acquiring the membership for the sole purpose of obtaining recreational use of the Club’s
facilities, and not as an investment or for economic gain or profit.

Federal Club Pool Rules 2016
1. Everyone must sign in every visit to the pool.
Please write legibly and include number of non-members guests if applicable.
2. No outside alcohol or coolers.
3. No glass at the pool at any time.
4. No running, biking, skating, skateboarding around the pool deck.
5. No children in the upper deck “adult only” pool on any occasion, regardless if in use.
6. No hanging on lane lines, volleyball net or basketball rim.
7. No using the starting block without direct supervision of the swim coach or lifeguard
approval.
8. No diving into the pool.
9. One child on the ladder of the slide at a time.
10. No loud music without permission from J3G Partners.
11. Umbrellas must be taken down at the first sign of a storm or heavy wind.
12. Shirts and shoes must be worn by members and guests inside of pro shop and bar by order of
the Health Department.
13. Life guards have the right and expectation to caution members acting in an inappropriate
manner.
14. Life guards are welcome to enforce adult swim hourly. Please encourage children to use
bathroom regularly.
15. No one can play with the rocks at the pavilion.
16. Please pick up after yourself and your children.
