FROST FAIR
FRIDAY 2nd DECEMBER 2011 (From 3pm)
If you are a homeowner, you can help us raise even more funds for this year’s winter fair by agreeing to have an estate
agent’s board outside your house, advertising the school fair.
Realm Estate Agents in Earlsfield have very generously offered to donate £15 per board towards the event and we
therefore need your help to get as many boards up as possible.
In order to put a board up outside your property we need to have written authorization from you. Please can you
therefore complete the form at the bottom of the page and return it to the school office as soon as possible. Boards
will be put up for 3 weeks during the week of 11 November 2011, so we need your forms back by 4 November 2011 at
the latest.
Whilst you are about it, why don’t you ask a couple of your neighbours and see if they would be willing to have a board
too. If you get completely carried away and think you might sign up your whole street, then please ask the school office
for some more forms!
Please note rented properties can also put boards up with the landlord’s permission but Council properties cannot be
included. If you can’t put a board up, you can help advertise the fair in another way by doing a flyer drop in your area or
block. Please contact the PTA via the School Office to collect some fair flyers.
