Fenix offers an elegant and versatile
interior for your next location shoot.
Our space consists of our main hall
(both dining room and live recording
stage), front and back bars, green
room, and recording studio. Twentyfive-foot ceilings, distinct architectural
details, marble floors, and outstanding
acoustics make our venue unique.
Metered street parking is available
for cars, vans, and small cab trucks
around the building. Fourth Street can
accommodate up to two 18 wheelers
(50’) in front, with additional parking at
the nearest cross street, Lootens Place.
Parking permits are available through
the City of San Rafael. Meter bags and
No Parking signs (with 72-hour notice)
may be purchased through the San
Rafael Parking Authority.
There is a two-level City of San Rafael
parking garage located behind
Fenix, which can be accessed via
Third St. (clearance 9’6”) or Lootens
Pl. (entrance clearance 13’, exit
clearance 12’).
Catering
Fenix often caters private events and
offers an extensive menu. We offer
on-site catering, personalized from 8
people to over 100.
All parking is free on Sundays.
