AsamemberofCNC,yourbehaviourisadirectreflectionofCurrambineNetballClub.Currambine
NetballClubpridesitselfonhavingapositivecultureofsupportandfriendship,aswellaspromotinga
healthycompetitiveness.OurClubconsistsofvolunteerswhogiveuptheirfreetime,inorderto
provideyouwithaClubatwhichtoplay.Pleasereadandacknowledgeyouracceptanceofthe
following,bytickingandsigning:
PlayersaretoaccepttheCoach’sdecisionsanddirections.Swearingorback-chattingyour
Coachwillnotbetolerated,andanysuchoccurrencewillresultintheclub’sMPIOspeaking
withparent/careraboutthisbehaviour.
Playersshouldrespecttheirfellowteammembersduringgamesandtrainingsessionsby
showingsupportandencouragement.Playersarerequiredtoattendtrainingandgamedays.
Playersshouldtreatallteammembersasyouwouldliketobetreated.Donotinterferewith,
bullyortakeunfairadvantageofanotherplayer.
PlayersmustnotifytheirCoachofaninabilitytoattendtrainingorgames.Pleasenotifyyour
coachdirectly.Donotrelyonthirdparties(e.g.likeotherplayers).Playersfailingtofollow
theseguidelinescouldbeofferedlesscourttime,whichwillbeattheCoach’sdiscretion.
Attraining,playersarerequiredtoparticipateinalldrillsasrequestedbytheCoach,tothe
bestoftheirability.PlayersarealsotoshowrespecttowardstheCoach,teammanagersand
fellowteammembersatalltimes.Asamemberofateam,youareexpectedtoputin100%
effortatalltimes.
PlayersshouldconsultwiththeirCoachorteamManageriftheyhaveanyconcernswiththe
behaviourofanyteammemberandnottakeituponthemselvestosortitoutthemselves.
AnyuseofsocialmediasuchasFacebook,Instagram,Twitter,Snapchatetcregardingfellow
CurrambineClubmembersandtheirfamilies,Coaches,Umpires,CNCofficials,JNAofficials
shouldbedonesoinapositivemanner.
Playersaretoaccepttheumpire’sdecision.Swearing,arguingandbackchattingumpireswill
notbetolerated,andanysuchoccurrencewillresultinyourremovalfromthecourtor
playingarea.
Playersarerequiredtoplaybytherulesofnetball,andinthespiritoftherulesofnetballat
alltimes.
Playerswillshowrespecttotheopposition.Arguing,showingdissent,mockingortryingto
provoketheoppositionisnotinthespiritofthegame,andmayresultinyourremovalfrom
thecourt.
