– A customer visit cannot be established until the date, times, and agenda are confirmed by the ABP Visit
Coordinator, Jill Keeney. Please designate one field host to work with Jill for your visit.
– Do not make travel arrangements until the visit has been confirmed.
– Embedded Word files in this form are required for completion: Open file, type information, and then close,
returning to the main document. The information will stay intact. There is no need to save individual files, unless,
necessitated by mailing at a later date.
– Jill will acknowledge receipt of your completed Visit Request Form within 48 hours.
– ISS involvement is required for any visit requesting installation training support.
– Please carefully review the Lancaster Corporate Campus Customer Visit Process on page 3 of this form.

Lancaster Corporate Campus Customer Visit Process
1) Sales Rep submits a Customer Visit Request form to Jill Keeney. Please note that the
required lead time for a customer visit is one (1) month.
2) Jill will confirm if the dates requested are okay. If not okay, she will ask you to select
another date. If okay, proceed with planning. Jill will send you an e-mail either way to
communicate.
3) For customers visiting campus, they may book their own flights or use Gold Circle
Funds for their flights. If they use gold circle funds for their flights, the sales rep or the
customer will need to submit the following to Jill:
 Customers’ travel dates
 Airport preference
 Legal name is it appears on their license
 Date of birth
 Company
There is a form in the Lancaster customer visit request form, which has the majority of
the items listed above, to keep in one simple form. I always recommend completing this
the same time you submit your customer visit request form.
4) Please note, that Jill Keeney will only coordinate flights for customers if they are using
Gold Circle funds. If they are not using gold circle funds, then the customer will need to
coordinate their own flights.
5) Jill Keeney will coordinate the lodging and meals as outlined by the sales rep (host).
Lodging (Room + tax), group meals, and ground transportation is covered by Armstrong
(customer visit code). Please note, that if customers’ orders a movie, individual meal, a
hotel souvenir, etc from the Hotel, these are items the customer is responsible for.
