MISSION AND CONTENT OF THE JOB
We are looking for an internal communication officer, reporting to the Director of Public Affairs &
Communications, in charge of the following missions:
Setting up and follow up of the internal communication plan EPEX SPOT:
 Preparation and implementation of an internal communication plan
 Definition of the internal communication actions, messages and appropriate channels
considering the multiple locations of EPEX SPOT
 Writing of the internal communication content, supports and tools
 Setting up of the internal communication plan in the company in tight collaboration with the
multi-localized team
 Declination of the internal communication plan of the company in cooperation with the
Communication and HR teams
 Coordination and adjustment with the internal communication of EEX Group, harmonization of
processes and search of synergies and efficiency.

Conception of events (team events, parties, etc...) linked to special moments of the
company’s life
Conception and organization of different events in order to support the company’s life and
the communication to the staff


Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to propose innovative actions of internal communication
Ability to coordinate actions and projects
Strong sense of organization and synthesis skills
Autonomy
Capacity to work in an international context
TRAININGS

Master’s degree in Communication
LANGUAGES
 Fluent in English (verbal and written), our working language and fluent in French
 Good knowledge in German would be much appreciated
EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an internal communication department is requested,
preferably acquired in a European context.
