Registration is held in the office. Age criteria must be met on the FIRST day of class and proper registration forms filled out completely. All fees for classes and leagues must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration taken on a “first come, first serve” basis. Classes have limited available space. When registering for a class, please have exact amount of payment for the classes. Only personal checks, credit cards, money orders, and exact cash accepted. Please make check payable to “City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks.” No post dated, out of state, or temporary checks accepted. Check must contain name and address. Valid driver’s license and/or picture identification card required for all checks. There will be a $35.00 handling charge for any insufficient, cancelled or stopped checks. REFUND POLICY: A non-refundable 15% administration fee will be assessed by the Recreation Center for any patron granted a refund, change, or transfer per class or sports league registration. No full refunds will be issued unless a class or sports league is canceled by the Recreation Center. No refunds to patrons making false statements on registration forms. No make up classes for a participant’s absence and no substitutions. All information in the brochure is subject to change without prior notice.
