 Implementing a training programme in line with TIP guidelines
 Ensure high standards of coaching delivery
 Identifying and signposting players
 Ensuring the TIP adheres to the FA standards for safeguarding children
 Monitoring and evaluating the player performance within the programme
Jobs Reporting Into The Job Holder:
Lead Coach
Key Accountabilities:
Enhanced CRC Check Required:
YES (must be within 3 years)
Responsible For:
 The welfare of players within their group
 Providing high quality coaching & support
 Implementing a training programme in line with LTPD guidelines
 To support the Lead Coach

Minimum Level 2 Licensed Coach
FA Youth Award Modules 1 and 2
Understanding of FA Disability Pathway
Experience of undertaking a lead coach role
Experience of coaching in disability football across a range of age groups
from 12 to 16
Clean driving licence
Modern, progressive approach to coaching and learning
Management and leadership skills
Commitment to the development of excellence and the promotion of
lifelong learning.
