Logistics is about managing the flow of information, resources, and people’s needs in
order to meet the goals of a group/team or organization. It is developing a support
system that moves a program forward.
Developing a logistics plan allows co-teachers to dialogue and make critical decisions
together that address the complexities of daily life in a classroom environment.
