We currently have the following vacancy:
Certificated Enforcement Agent
Breckland Council
1 x full time (37 hrs) permanent vacancy
Salary £20,952 – 26,177 per annum
plus performance related pay

We are seeking a self-motivated and flexible candidate to join our busy Enforcement Team, based at our
Thetford office, however you may be required to work at other sites within the partnership area.
The successful applicants should have a current Enforcement Agent Certificate, proven experience of
debt collection and an understanding of Enforcement regulations. Your role includes visiting debtors to
collect payments in full or negotiate suitable payment arrangements. You may also need to remove goods
in order to recover monies owed to local authorities. You will need to have a full driving licence and
confident at working on your own with the public.
You must have excellent conflict management skills to be able to cope with the potentially challenging
situations you may have to face, organisational, administrative and numerical skills to update systems
and account for money collected.
If you are able to work evenings and weekends, can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure,
contribute fully to team targets and have an enthusiastic approach to the role, then we would like to hear
