Guidance
The tree of ideas is a template for you to collect and display children’s / student’s ideas for change /
actions that they will do for Earth Day and beyond.
The tree itself has numerous blank circles to give space for ideas to be added, plus space at the
bottom to write the school or class name. For smaller children we have introduced the Acorns
template, where they can draw their ideas of action, or what their idea of a clean environment /
healthy Earth looks like.
Sharing your ideas with us
It would be great to see some of the ideas the children come up with and acknowledge the work of
each class/group. The tree of idea posters will be shared across 50 countries and we would like to
gather some of the best ideas from each school to see what children and students around the world
suggest. We will gather all these ideas together and share to participating schools in a global round up.
To share your ideas tweet us at @amec_fw include the hashtags #EarthDay or #AmecFosterWheeler
