Login to kys.affinitysoccer.com
After logging in, click on the Players/Admin Tab on the left.
Search for the Player or Admin in Player Lookup, Admin Lookup or Family Lookup. Reminder that for the family lookup
screen, you have to have first name, last name and DOB. *Note that you may have to search under the previous
seasonal year/season by changing the dropdown bar on the left to get the player/admin to show up. There are options
to migrate admin into the new seasonal year, please review the instructions on migration in order to complete this
process.

FOR PLAYERS:
Once you find the player and click on their name, go to the Applications Tab.
Change the filters to choose district, organization, club, season and play level. You willl then also want to make sure to
confirm that the player is the correct age and check mark the boxes that say ‘Accepted’ and ‘Age Legal’. If you do not do
this now, you will have to complete this process in the player look up screen. If there is a team available for this player
to be added to and the team is NOT ACTIVE, then you will be able to select the team from the drop down bar and click
create application. If the team is ACTIVE, you will need to go to the team and add the player via the Roster Player tab.

FOR ADMIN:
Please note that a coach must meet the minimum coaching standards before you will be able to approve the team in
the system.
Once you find the player and click on their name. If they do not have an admin account yet, then their screen will look
like this. You will need to click on the ‘Team Roles’ Tab at the top. If they are already an administrator, you will see
an ‘applications’ tab that you will be able to click on in order to create a new season application:
In order to add someone as an administrator, you must have their DOB. Enter their DOB and click on ‘update DOB’

If they have a child who is a player on a team that they will coach, then you will see the team at the top. You will click on
the ‘team roles’ drop down, choose the correct role and then click on the Add Administrator to Selected Teams button.
If they DO NOT have a child on a team, you will click on the ‘Create Generic Application’ button on the left.:
If you use the ‘team role’ drop down, a club application will be created for the coach. If you choose the ‘Create Generic
Application’, you will follow the steps below and click ‘create application’.

You will then go to the Team tab on the left, find the team and click on the ‘Roster Admin’ tab.
You will then search for the admin and they should populate in the box on the left. Click on their name, choose their role
out of the options between the boxes, their name will move to the box on the right and click on ‘Save Administrators’.
