Placements can contain many additional targeted delivery groups. The user will have to either add the ad to a certain DG, or create a new DG containing this ad and then attach it to the placement. The agency upgrade status determines the behavior of new campaigns. If the agency was upgraded – new campaigns they create will follow the logic of MM Upgrade for all users (i.e., a non-Beta creative user will see the same UI as usual, but ads related to new campaigns will behave according to MM upgrade logic.
