Raeline Springstroh
As Administrator
As administrator for Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 150 suite skilled nursing
facility in Manitowoc, Raeline Springstroh will be responsible for daily operations. Ms.
Springstroh will ensure federal, state, local standards; guidelines and regulations are strictly
adhered to; while providing the highest degree of quality care to the patients and residents of
Manitowoc.
Ms. Springstroh received an Associate Degree as a Paralegal from Lakeshore Technical
College and in 1998 received certification in Long Term Care Administration from UW Madison.
With Ms. Springstroh’s areas of expertise in Executive leadership, operational management,
staff management and motivation, along with program implementation, financial planning and
oversight Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center will continue to strive.
Through her parents, Ms. Springstroh has a long standing history with Manitowoc Health and
Rehabilitation Center. Currently, her father is a resident of the facility. Ms. Springstroh’s passion
of caring for others was instilled by her mother, whom worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant
and Laundry Aide for over 30 years at Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.
“I know I will not have all the answers, nor will I be able to fix all the injustices that come with this
industry; however I promise to do my very best to ensure this center really does provide the
highest quality health care possible to the residents of Manitowoc,” stated Ms. Springstroh.
