Coastal Home Care Announces Official Sponsorship and Cohosting of the Delmarva Shorebirds’ Silver
Sluggers Program Opening Day Event
BETHESDA, MD– April 14, 2015 – Coastal Home Care, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s leading home care
companies, announces today being the official sponsor of the Delmarva Shorebirds’ Silver Sluggers Program
and cohosting the Silver Sluggers Program’s Opening Day Event on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. Coastal Home
Care, Delmarva Shorebirds, and the Silver Sluggers Program, which is a premiere seniors club on the Eastern
Shore open to seniors of ages 55 and up, will have an exclusive meet and greet with the players during a picnic
on the first base line from 5:00-6:00pm. A selected Silver Slugger will also have the opportunity to throw out
the first pitch of the game.

The Delmarva Shorebirds are the Class "A" Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The Shorebirds are owned by 7th
Inning Stretch, L.P., the same company that owns the Stockton Ports of the California League and the Everett
AquaSox of the Northwest League. In 2014, 212,012 fans came to Shorebirds games. The Shorebirds were the
