ICO, turn pool care into child play !
The first connected device designed to give total control over pool water quality
ICO is a connected service that drastically simplifies pool care. No more stress and
unpleasant surprises, hesitations on chemicals selection and dosing, concerns with
irritated skin. ICO is designed to give pool owners complete control over pool water
quality.
At the core of ICO service, a smart device that you simply drop into pool. Equipped with
several lab-grade sensors, ICO is measuring continuously critical water parameters
(temperature, pH, ORP, conductivity, salinity, …). All data are automatically transmitted to
ICO Diagnosis cloud platform, that performs dynamic analysis and provides custom
recommendations. Users are directly notified on their smartphones about the water
quality. They are proposed best practices on chemicals dosing as well as custom advices
on how to manage best the various pool equipments.
Constantly monitoring the water quality, ICO algorithms are developed to anticipate future
issues and thus limit chemical treatments that can affect swimmers health as well as the
environment. ICO is a complete solution designed to make pool owners life easier, so that

ICO is also available with extended features for pool professionals, through a dedicated
mobile application. They can monitor remotely several pools and greatly enhance overall
business efficiency by recording maintenance booklets, on-site team schedules and
visits, etc.
Invented by Ondilo, a French-Rivieria startup, ICO end-to-end innovative service is the
result of more than 24 months of research and development, technical and functional
design as well as large scale testing with pool owners. Ondilo is looking after the
worldwide pool market, estimated at tens of millions of pools, dominated by USA with
more than 10 millions and France with about 2 millions. ICO will be commercially available for 2017 pool season, with a launch price at 449€ VAT
included.
Recently awarded « Health & Environment Innovation » by the French Ministry of
Environment during GreenTech Challenge, Ondilo is now granted the CES Innovation
Honoree Award 2017 for « Smart Home ». Each year, CES Innovation Awards recognise
the 250 best digital products worldwide, within 28 categories. Last year, only 30 startups
were granted CES Innovation recognition. For Ondilo’s founder Nicolas Fiorini, « winning
