Expression of Interest
1.
ERRA intends to reconstruct buildings in the earthquake affected area of AJ&K
and of KPK.
2.
Contractors / Firms in category C-4 and above interested in prequalification for
the building projects are requested to send their application by 30th June, 2016. Firms /
contractors having experience of working with ERRA will be given preference. Firms
already blacklisted by ERRA including those whose contracts were terminated for poor
performance will not be eligible.
3.
Complete Bio Data of firms / contractors and following details is required:a.
Name of Firm, Address, Phone, Fax and e-mail Address.

Parent Firm / Consortium (If Applicable)
c.
Address and Web Site (if held)
d.
Name of contact Person and detail ( Address, Phone, Fax, E-Mail etc)
e.
Legal authenticity, Registration Country and Acts of Registration
f.
Geographical Coverage (Offices and Projects)
g.
Core staff strength and profile of human resources (annex CVs of not
more than one page for each individual)
h.
Length of organization’s professional experience (list of assignments and
clients over the last three years)
i.
Total length of professional experience relevant to projects specified,
including brief detail of already completed and ongoing projects of building
construction (one page summaries of the projects undertaken) and
experience of working in KPK (Malakand and Hazara Division) and entire
AJ&K.

Total annual turn over in PKR for last three years (in case of consortium
dis-aggregated information for each firm). One year ago? 2 year ago?

Financial Ability (Bank Statement, Balance Sheet, Previous 3 Years Audit
Report)

Income Tax Registration Certificate

Affidavit on stamp paper duly attested by First Class Magistrate that the
firm has neither been black listed nor any contact in the past for not
fulfillment of contractual obligations.
The statement referred also to
include the certification that the statement is correct and nothing has been
kept hidden intentionally.

Conflict of Interest: Firms/consortium must disclose details of any known
circumstances that will or might give rise to conflict of interest and ways
and means through which such conflict of interest is proposed to be
avoided.
4.
ERRA has right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning
any reason thereof. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
