Personal Pronouns
Variations
 The nominative personal pronoun is usually omitted when
it is the subject of the sentence.
 When it is used, it is typically used for emphasis.
 In poetry, mihi is sometimes contracted to mi.
 The preposition cum, when used with personal pronouns
becomes an enclitic, that is, it is suffixed to the pronoun
(mecum, tecum, eocum, eacum, nobiscum, vobiscum,
eiscum).
 When the genitive plural (first and second person) is partitive
in meaning, different forms are used: unusquis nostrum.
