NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS THIS IS RECEIVED. As well as cash, we accept Credit Card over the phone.
 This sheet (Page 1) is required at least 1 week prior to party, any later and we will not guarantee any optional extras (including host).
 FOR SAFETY & LEGAL reasons socks must be worn on all play equipment – please ensure everyone knows this!
