FSF:






How accurate is the student with initial sounds?
How fluent is the student with initial sounds?
What percent of the responses earned a 2-point answer?
For all attempted words that have blends, in what percentage of responses
was the initial sound segmented?
What percentage of the words attempted included the vowel along with one
or more consonants?
Are there any other unusual error patterns?
LNF:
 How accurate is the student in letter naming?
 How fluent is the student in naming letters?
 Is there a pattern of missing letters that are harder because they are used
infrequently?
 Did the student miss more lowercase letters than uppercase letters?
 Does the student get any letters correct one time and incorrect another time?
 Does the student correctly name the letters in his/her own name?
 Did the student skip more than one row or not read across the row left to
right?

Does the student know how to segment phonemes?
How many times does the student partially segment rather than completely
segment the word?
How accurate is the student in segmenting phonemes?
How fluent is the student in segmenting phonemes?
