Ballots must be fully completed and are limited to one ballot per person and must be deposited in the ballot drum at Guest Services.

All contest entrants must comply with these contest rules & regulations in order to be an eligible entry.

Any person 19 years of age or over is eligible to win. Employees and immediate families of RioCan Property Services, RioCan REIT, the Georgian
Mall tenants, office tower tenants, their employees, advertising agency and consultants, and other sponsors are prohibited from entering the
contest. This contest is open to residents of Canada excluding residents of the Province of Quebec.

The contest starts on Monday, January 23 , 2017 at 9:30 am and contest entry closes Sunday, January 29 , 2017 at 5:00 pm. A live random draw

will take place on Monday, January 30 , 2017 between 9:30 am to 12:00 pm from all eligible entries received. The chances of winning depend
upon the total number of eligible entries received. Selected entrant will be contacted by email or telephone and must successfully answer a
mathematical skill testing question without assistance and sign and return contest release form in order to be an official winner. Winner must
authorize the release of their name & photograph for advertising & publicity purposes relating to the contest without compensation. All
documentation must be returned within 30 days of the date on which the documentation is mailed to the selected entrant or else the selected
entrant will be disqualified.

If a selected entrant does not comply with these contest rules & regulations or cannot be contacted, another selected entrant shall be chosen by
way of random draw.

No purchase is necessary.

The prize package consists of: • (1) $250.00 Georgian Mall Gift Card
The contest sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute alternative prizes of like kind and value for any and all elements of
the prizing in this contest, should any element become unavailable for any reason.
Retail value approximately $250.00. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value.

The prize must be accepted as awarded. All entries become the property of Georgian Mall.
10. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules & regulations and final decisions of the contest sponsor. The contest is
subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
11. As a condition of winning, each potential winner, must sign and return a Declaration and Release confirming his/her compliance with these
Official Contest Rules and Regulations and acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing the Contest Sponsors and any other person or entity
associated in any way with the Contest, and all of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents and
their respective advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest, including, without
limitation, liability arising from the acceptance of any Prize as awarded. Potential winners may also be required to provide the Contest Sponsors
with photo identification as evidence of their age. No substitutions for or transfer of the Prize will be allowed except that the Contest Sponsors
reserve the right to substitute any Prize for another Prize of approximately the same retail value, in their sole and absolute discretion without
prior notice. All entries shall automatically become the property of the Contest Sponsors. By entering the Contest, each entrant, his/her parent
or legal guardian on his/her behalf, automatically consents to the use and publication of the entrant’s name, city of residence, photograph, voice
and/or image for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in any and all media used by the Contest Sponsors and
their respective advertising and promotional agencies with respect to the Contest, without payment or compensation, throughout the world in
perpetuity. We reserve the right to keep and use the image to announce winners and promote our contest through various media channels.
