your Team to see.
– You can’t improve your service, if you do not know
what it is at now.
– Your Team can’t help, if they don’t know your
goals and you aren’t sharing results with them.

review the numbers (sort by route time)

• 1st load time was?

– Any OTD > 15 minutes?
