Role: Design Engineer
In Secure I joined a newly constructed team as New Business Initiative for
providing solution to AEMS UK Ltd. Dealing with Pump Efficiency Measurement
Equipments & solution.
Here my role was completely different as with the previous one working as
Hardware Team member with the Product design undergoing major Technology
Transfer.
Apart from the major design transfer it includes many challenges of starting from
 Cost reduction by localization of parts in Product BOM, addressing of part
obsolesce.
 All process documentation of the Product from Design to Manufacturing.
 Product prototyping.
 Testing & troubleshooting support to the service team,
Setting up of Testing & Calibration lab set up of the core Product Technology.

Role: PCB CAD Engineer
ESL India Ltd (CMMI Level 3) was a solution provider for the Secure Meters Ltd
and group companies in the field of static energy meters having combined annual
turnover of 800 Cr. INR. It provides Innovative metering solutions and value
addition in the field of static energy metering and IT solutions to its customers
and has the country's largest static energy meter manufacturing facility.
CAD (PCB) Engineer
 As the Group restructuring took place so do the responsibilities in addition
to the design of the products main functional area became PCB Designing.
 Apart from the above tasks I also designed Analog IO ckt. Microprocessor
interface circuitry of our new product.
 Product Benchmarking of competition product is another new area where
my work has been involved during this tenure.

Role: Secure Executive Hardware Design
 With same company with a new name due the Brand name change
 Responsible for design & development of Pump Efficiency Monitoring
product called as Censeo.
 Designed the Power supply for the product SMPS-Fly back.

 Passed the meter in various EMI/EMC test like surge, Impulse, Radiated
emission, Conducted emission, radiated susceptibility, and conducted
