WORLD GOLD WRESTLING CAMPS
Dennis Hall's World Gold Wrestling
Camps will provide you with the
technique, training, and intensity that it
takes to become a CHAMPION! This
camp is designed to improve technique
by teaching core wrestling
positions. Further, Dennis will help
wrestlers learn new technique from these
positions. Pressure wrestling with
intensity will be the primary goal for all
athletes.
TECHNIQUE
Each day you will learn a variety of
technique from Dennis, who has
experienced success at the highest level
of wrestling!
•Day One will consist of wrestling
technique from the feet, concentrating on
set ups and takedowns.
•Day Two will consist of technique from
the top position. Wrestlers will learn new
pinning combinations and become a
better rider.
•Day Three will cover the bottom
position. Wrestlers will develop a new
attitude towards getting out from the
bottom. Some Freestyle and Greco
Roman techniques will also be covered.
LIVE WRESTLING
At the end of each day Dennis will put the
wrestlers through a hard workout for
about 45 minutes. This workout is
designed to let you try some of the new
techniques that you are learning. It is
important that you come to camp in
shape.
